Alexis H was very helpful, patient, and kind. My experience was a great one! Due to COVID-19 the employees made sure the counters were sanitized and clean for the next customer.

On this particular visit, I called in to see if the charm I was looking for was in store. I was greeted by Marina,the associate, she was very nice and polite! She took the time to look for the charm, making sure I didn’t make a blank trip. I have always had a pleasant experience at Pandora.
