Do to the pandemic I wasn't able to enter into the stores, but the online option was so simple do. I needed to purchase items for my wife for Mother's Day and highly anticipated the professionalism of the associate at the Memorial City mall in completing both of my orders in a time fashion. Thanks

Customer service is always good even though I did not go into the store due to COVID-19 the sale associate was very helpful and nice. The experience of curbside pick up was easy

The store manger was very knowledgable and friendly. She responded promptly to my inquiry with a follow up email. Once my order was placed I got confirmation and she answered any questions I had. Very professional and courteous.

Everything started Great with the help fro the sales associate. I was able to find the charms easily. From selecting items to checkout, everything went very smoth.
