I really like your jewelry designs and variety

The customer service experience with the representatives was great. The order in which they where assisting customers were not in an orderly fashion, that can improve. Merchandise should be named per section in the box in order to find them with a high volume of people in the store.

Items I was looking for were available .

This is the 3rd time that I’m went to this store and the associates this time were so nice and knowledgeable of the items that I was looking for and show it to me , I was very satisfied. (The waiting more that and hour was worthy)

I didn't know much about Pandora Jewelry, and I went to puchase a necklace for my niece from Guatemala, and I felt in love with the jewelry. I become a member and purchase several items to start with my Pandora collection.

The sale assistant is very helpful and friendly.

I was greeted as soon as walked in the store. Sales associate was very helpful. The prices were good.

We came into the Pandora at memorial on Monday and we are back on Tuesday (the following day) if that doesn't tell you how much we like the memorial location I don't know what does. Wish y'all guys had chairs for the guys, and more charms for the girls. It's a pain standing here for an hour.
