I love their charm bracelets and specially love the new Disney charms collection!! People were super friendly and answered all my questions.

Mildred B is always so friendly and very helpful. Also, the manager of the store is very sweet. I always look forward to seeing the two ladies and visiting with them I live in Katy, Texas and there is a Pandora store much closer to me but I choose to come to this location because of the friendly sales ladies and manager.

It is always a great experience at pandora. They never disappoint with their products. They are always super friendly with their customer and I like going their to get my gifts/ products that I use.

the customer service was outstanding. They were really sweet, helpful and attentive. It was super great when i found out i was offered their last chance discount as well. It saved me money and who doesnt love that.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The two items I was looking for were immediately found. The sales rep I got was very knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely be returning soon!

I will return to Pandora store to buy more charms and accessories for my bracelet because I like the product very much.
