The sales associate, Mildred, that helped me is always very nice and willing to help. This is the second time that I've worked with her and she remembered me from the start. She knows exactly where everything is and is willing to make recommendations (which helps me with the decision making process).

Normally, when I visit the store, there are many people and sales associate seem never have time for me. However, on 6/17/2019, there were no one at the store and Alexis H. was welcoming us and help us through what we were looking for. It was a good experience - walked out with $232.74 worth of charms...…. Alexis was a great! good services and friendly!!

The associaet was very patient and friendly, showed me different selections, and offered the pandora preferred card.

The clerk was very nice and communicative. It was very easy to find and look at stuff and we were in and out quickly.
