I wanted to dangle dumbo charm specifically and it was sold out so they took my name and number and told me they would call, but I didn’t really think they would call. But about four days later, they did call me! I bought my charm today.

The sales associate was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. Had a great attitude. Great selection of merchandise as well.

I called ahead of time to check availability on a certain charm and they even offered to put it on hold for me. When i came in it was ready. Easy transaction

I liked the way Brenda the sales person was very helpful. She showed me a variety of options and different sets. Also she was very patient with me since this was my first time purchasing.
