Friendly staff. Very helpful and dedicated staff. But i only planned to spend $100 and by the time they were finished with me i ended up spending $470.

After original representative left me at the to take care of another customer, another rep (MILDRED) stepped in to take my questions. Mildred was very knowledgeable with the merchandise and very helpful.

My siblings and I wanted to get our mom something special for her 60th birthday. I had pictures of the bracelet and both charms we picked out. Mildred was a great help and even recommended a charm stopper (which we would have NEVER thought of). My mom absolutely loved her gift and now we have future gift ideas for more charms.
