Took my daughter's charm in, a piece of it broke off. I was taken care of right then and there. Not the location I had purchased it from. They looked up my info and they immediately took care of it. And also offered to clean the bracelet. And have it ready in 20 mins. I would absolutely be going back to Pandora in Memorial City Mall.. Great service!!!

The sales associate was very helpful. I was able to try on different bracelets until I found the one that I liked and fit me. She also helped me pick out my first charm!

It was a thought decision but even if I wanted to see multiple rings the employee help without any hesitation. She was really patient with me and friendly. Will definitely look for her services next time
