I'd never been to this location, but I will return there. Sales associate was very helpful and happy to pull several charms for me to see as well as answering all pricing questions. I found a charm I liked, but wasn't sure about adding it to my "theme" bracelet. She suggested an open bangle for the charm I really liked. I'd never considered that before. She also pointed out another employee who was wearing multiple bracelets, which were very attractive. She is the first person in a Pandora store to offer me a charm book rather than assuming I'd pick one up. I purchased the charm I came to the store for. I will be back to purchase the open bangle because I was pressed for time the other evening. Very very pleased with this encounter. I have avoided this location because of the crowded mall location.

The customer service was excellent very friendly. When i asked the sales associate what i was looking for she quickly knew what was it. What i had purchased was a gift and i didn’t know the size so she was really helpful.

The store was very orderly with the merchandise beautifully displayed. I was able to quickly locate the bracelet I wanted. The sales lady was very cheerful and helpful.
