Salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable

I had looked online before arriving, and had a particular item in mind. The associate was very nice. She knew exactly the item I wanted. She helped me pick out the correct size, helped me with another couple of items, packaged up my items, checked me out, and all the while talking with me, and she always had a smile on her face. It was great. However, the manager never seemed to be able to get up from her chair. The associate asked her a question on my behalf, and the manager answered her, but it seemed like she didn’t have the time to be bothered.

I found what I wanted immediately. Customer service representative was very helpful. Also, I found one item on sale that I was looking for.

I was only dissatisfied because I wanted to buy an ankle bracelet for my Godchild and myself and you all have not made one yet.

The sales associate was quick to greet and assist she knew exactly what I was asking about and made my purchase easy as she offered her expertise opinion on a certain item which I ended up purchasing
