I enjoyed shopping with Pandora because of the sale. It was early and I didn’t have to worry when can I get a good sale later after Thanksgiving.

I was greeted and helped right away. I had an exchange, and Shania C helped me quickly, and she was so nice. Then, she helped me look through several trays, and then on to the bracelets, where I found what I wanted. However, I wanted to wait for the Black Friday sale. She was very thoughtful, and took it upon herself to call her manager on my behalf. She was able to give me the sale price. I really wanted the bracelet, and I appreciated her doing that for me. She was very friendly, and that means a lot in Customer Service. I’d go back to this store just for her service.
