Staff was helpful and kind. They were very careful about cleaning the store after each guest and were careful only letting a couple people in. I appreciated everyone wearing masks. Thank you.

I enjoyed my experience at Pandora...this was actually my first time coming inside the store but I enjoyed it (despite the current situation of wearing a mask and only having a limited number of people in the store). But I will definitely return again, I ordered something online and returned it and while I was there I saw something else I liked better so I exchanged it. I think I am a Pandora customer now!! :)

The reason I would not be returning to this store in 90 days is that we live in Kentucky. The young lady that helped us was very helpful and knowledgeable about each piece. She also told us things that no one else told us. I was never asked at any time to register any of my pieces at any time. Until I was asked to put my phone number in so she could pull me up in the system. But we didn't I could or needed to register my charms when I purchase them.
