The salesperson was patient while I looked at various charms/pendants for my snake chain necklace. Also, the manager gave suggestions and was very friendly. I enjoyed my shopping experience.

Philana was very sweet and knew all the answers to my questions. She was also very quick on the merchandise locations.

First of all, I'm always surprised at the AMAZING customer service, even though I've experienced it before. The store in the North Point Mall is not my normal store, as I'm in GA working from out of town. I worked with Toi, the Assistant manager, and Philana, the Store Manager. Both of these women were EXCEPTIONALLY nice, understanding, professional and INCREDIBLY helpful. Both had knowledge of the difficulties I was having with a necklace I purchased & a Reflextions charm that broke. Lastly, I feel very grateful that I was "heard" & taken care of by the wonderful women at the North Point Mall in Georgia. Toi & Philana made me feel comfortable and valued. I'm incredibly happy with my exchange and will continue to shop with Pandora...in great part because of the legendary customer service experience. In the rare event of facing an issue, I want to work with a company who values & appreciates me as a customer.
