I have had this sales associate before and she is wonderful! She knew right where what I was looking for was. She was very friendly. She had helped me special order a piece on my last visit. Everyone here is always extremely nice and helpful.

I had to exchange a bracelet as it was the wrong size. The process was very quick and simple, and the sales associates, Philana and Lydia were very friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure I was thoroughly happy with my exchange and every decision along the way. I was very impressed with the whole experience and will be returning to this store again real soon.
