I was highly satisfied because the Pandora sales rep was incredibly polite and helpful in aiding to pick a piece of jewelry that suits me and I could comfortably wear.

Toi was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, helpful and worked with me. This was my first purchase from Pandora and I may not have purchased if not for Toi. I will definitely look for her every time I visit the store.

When I walked in to the Pandora store I was immediately greeted by an associate and taken on as customer with no wait. I was able to find exactly what I wanted and it was in stock for me to purchase. I work worked an associated named Persephone and during the time of my visit Pandora had a promotion going on. Persephone explained the promotion and helped me take advantage of the savings. I purchased three new charms and I also opened a new Pandora Preferred credit card which gave me an additional 10% off of my purchase that day. I am extremely in love with my new bracelet and charms, and I'm happy I made the decision to get a Pandora Preferred card.

The Buy More Save More was a great promotion that I could not pass up and really worth it if you love Pandora jewelry. The store was staffed sufficiently for this promotion so the wait time was none. The sales associates were extremely nice and helpful.

the representative was very friendly and patient she made suggestion and took the time to show us how each charm we chose would look on the bracelet. She was very informative and told us about other offers and showed us earrings and rings also. LOVE THIS LOCATION!!
