My experience was satisfying overall. I went on black Friday but I was highly surprised on how organized they were. The sales person that attended me was patient but her manager had a attitude over my simple request.

I've visited the same location before and was assisted by the same representative. The representative was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend going here to purchase jewelry. The jewelry is beautiful.
