The sale associate was very nice and easy to me conversation with. I was impressed on the the sale associate rapped the thing I bought. I was overall pleased with my time at the Pandora store.

The Sale person was amazing! I enjoy Heather working with me to pick out the charm and bracelet that I needed. Very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed her. She was so amazing I had to give her a hug. My sales associate Persephone was so sweet and helpful! I was purchasing gifts for my bridesmaids and she was able to help me pick the perfect items for their personal styles. She was very patient and knowledgeable. I had alot of fun, she made me feel like I was shopping with a friend. Later that day I had a problem with one of the items and I called the store manager and she handled it right away. Overall I am very impressed with the customer service and I will definitely be going back soon!
