The lady who helped me was FANTASTIC. Honestly I never have a bad experience at ANY Pandora store. Im going back there to build a bracelet and to finish mine. I love it.

My husband asked me years ago if I wanted Pandora, and I'll be honest, I just wasn't into it at that time. I've recently started working again, and one of my co-workers wears her bracelet almost every day. But upon noticing the bracelet, I also noticed that it looks different sometimes. She explained that she had owned her bracelets (she had more than one) for several years, and her husband and daughter had been giving her charms in all of that time. So she would exchange her charms, and completely change the look of her bracelets. This concept had me hooked!! I announced this year to my family, that I no longer wanted gift cards, or miscellaneous gifts from stores. I let them know that their father would be getting me a bracelet, so they would be able to get me charms. This Mother's Day my husband gave me the bracelet, and picked out the clips as well. The bracelet on it's own is gorgeous. My sons both purchased beautiful charms that I absolutely would have picked myself. The best part was that they all went on their own to pick out these gifts for me. It was beautiful to see what they thought I would love, and they did great!!

Toy the sales person was very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful in making our selection and answered all of our questions. She made it an enjoyable experience
