when i walked in the store the first thing they said if i needed any help with finding anything and i said yes i was looking for a crown ring and the employee helped me immediately and i was out in about !

Customer service was excellent! Shania was very attentive and extremely helpful with her suggestions. I LOVE my selections, thanks to her knowledge & patience !!!!! The only downside of my store visit is checkout, which takes way too long! Company needs a more efficient process.
