My husband took me into the store as a surprise to get me a charm in memory of a son we had lost. The sales associates were very helpful helping us choose a perfect charm. At one point I actually broke down crying and the sales associates comforted me with tissue and a hug!

The set up of the store was awkward and people did not seem to know if they should wait outside the store in the rope area. Some shoppers bypassed the area and other shoppers who were already waiting all together. My sales professional Persephone was extremely inviting, knowledgeable and genuine which I truly appreciated. She is truly an asset to this location.

Ndeye was absolutely phenomenal to me & my fiancé. She was tremendously patient with her as well as very personable the whole step of the way. Something like that is already in a person through life which is known as there natural self. She's someone I would hire in a heartbeat in my business and organization. Her energy was so positive she could light up a room.
