Saleswoman was EXTREMELY knowledgeable. She was friendly and close to my daughters age, so was able to help guide me through the selections. She was fantastic!

This was my first time shopping here so I had no clue about the store or the merchandise. While waiting in the 30 minute line outside the store, Britney answered my never ending questions without hesitation and aggravation. She went as far as giving me a catalog to help me decide. I knew what I was looking for before I entered the store. Also once I got inside the store, i told Penelope what I was looking for and she took me right to it. Even though the store was busy, Britney and Penelope kept their composure and were very professional towards me.

The process used to be waited on next. The sales person was very knowledgeable of the merchandise and helpful. Also, checking out at the register was a pleasant experience. Very friendly sales personnel!
