I knew what I wanted so it was a fast and easy transaction, they were out of the ring that I was looking for so I have to go to another location and look, the employee suggested that I complete the survey I always seem to forget as many times as I purchased from the brand.

The Sales Associates are ALWAYS friendly and knowledgeable. (North Point Mall in GA). Being a long time customer, they know my style and always offer charms that compliment what I already have. My favorite store.

Friendly sales person who was very pleasant and patient. Merchandise in stock.

My salesperson (Toy) was extremely helpful with the selections that I made. I purchased a bracelet and charms for my granddaughter. It is always great when items are on sale. Thank you Toy for your patience and advice.

My sales associate, Nadira, was excellent. I may be spelling her name incorrectly as I can't find my receipt but she was outstanding in her knowledge of the products and packaged my items nicely. She is pleasant to talk to and has a nice personality.

Tasha, the sales manager (not sure if I got her first name spelled right), is extremely friendly and patient. She is very knowledgeable about the products and has great instinct in "inventing" pretty combination of different charms. She grabs immediately my preferred style without me explaining too much!!

Tanisha was AWESOME!!! She recommended some jewelry and even helped me purchase some earrings without my wife knowing while my wife was browsing so i could surprise my wife once we left. She was great and i will be coming back to Pandora and this location again.

I somewhat knew what I was looking for, but the sales associate allowed my daughter and I to look at other pieces and try on whatever we wanted.
