Staff is always friendly at this location, it's not small like the other location and I've never had to wait long if at all

Nadirah from the north point location was extremely helpful and patient with me. I purchased a charm bracelet for my girlfriend and she showed me everything I needed. great service and very nice

The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. We stopped by to have our jewelry cleaned and decided to buy a charm. My daughter and I walked out with three! I always enjoy my visits to this store.

Toy (my sales associate) was awesome. She listens to me. She also has an awesome personality, very patient and always takes her time. I felt as if I were a priority.

Brittani was very patient with me. I came in for something I saw online and I wasn't sure I even wanted that item. I ended up not liking the item and she was able to sell me something else so that I left happy.

Everything was great and the workers were very nice and respectful. Will definitely come back!

I just wish they had more options available in store, but overall it was good and high quality products

It was the end of the day and I could tell the associates were ready to call it done. There were still customers to be attended too. Once it was my turn they were very tentative and got what I came in for which were a couple of beads for my beauty and the beast bracelet that we have been working on a little bit at a time.
