Promotion to receive a Free Sterling silver bracelet if my purchase was over $150. The store was out of the promotional bracelets and associate did not offer any solutions. I contacted Pandora customer service via phone and chat. After waiting an hour for my turn on the phone, I was disconnected. I waited the same hour on "Customer CHAT" going from customer #99 to the #1 customer. Once connected with a Chat professional, they informed me they would be sending me a gift card as credit for the promotional bracelet that was not available in the store. Ref: _00D3ipFIR_5003iP2kjH:ref I sent in a copy of my receipt. (404) 772 - 2414

The service was just ok. The sales associate was not overly friendly. When I asked about what was on sale, she was not really sure. It was just ok

Was greeted but not immediately when I walked in. There were 2 associates who were free, but they were looking at something on the phone so there was a brief wait while they finished before they acknowledged me.

Im almost never highly satisfied. The agent was new so he didn't have a lot of knowledge. But was helpful.

The store did not have items that were on display. The store did not offer items I saw on sale online.

The way they invited customers in as agents were able to serve them. No uncomfortable feeling of people standing and reaching over you. The agents were working at a good pace too.

I understand staffing, in many places, is a problem now, and I don't mind waiting in line to get into the store. However, once was in the store, I felt I could not browse the merchandise. I felt I had to get in, know what I wanted, make my selection, and get out. The sales rep was not rude, but I felt rushed. I could tell she was in a hurry; probably because there were only two sales reps, and line of customers waiting to get in the store. The whole purpose of me going to the store was so to browse the merchandise, see what it in person, and try it on. I felt I couldn't do any of those things. Not a pleasant experience. Also, I had placed an online order. I wanted to exchange one of the bracelets for a different size. The size I wanted was not available in store. I asked if they could order it for me. I was informed they did not do that anymore because their software couldn't handle an exchange transaction. I was told to come back in two weeks. This store is not close, and I work, so it's not always easy to get there. That is something I've heard too many times at Pandora, and when I hear this, I feel that my time is not respected.
