I will.likely shop there again

I was in the store and there was no one to serve me at first. I wore my Pandora jewelry and I wasn’t asked if I wanted to add them on or put them in a box.

Way to hot in your store! None of the machines to check out were working. The other girls working were not willing to help my associate with the machines either. Team work is much better if you help one another and not worry about your commission.

Quality product

Because the self person can't give me more options about the product .have looked for

Wasn't a fan of not being able to exchange for different size, especially if that was the issue. I appreciate being able to have jewelery cleaned.

The store was supposed to open at 11:00am but no one showed up to open until 12:00. There were at least 7 people waiting for the store to open. For a Mother’s Day weekend that was unacceptable. I live out of town and was visiting my daughter and she wanted to get me a new charm for me but what should have taken 10 minutes took us over an hour after waiting for the store to open.

The atmosphere in the store was welcoming. The sale associated was patient and friendly. Merchandise was displaced were you could see new arrivals.

After waiting in line for about 30 mins, my 2 sisters and I were told that only two people per party could enter. However, we had just seen 2 different parties of 3 people each walk out. We were picking something out for our mother and it was made more difficult because only one of us was allowed in the store.

The way associates approach you in line in uncomfortable for me I felt like I was being rushed by very nice people
