One item that I wanted wasn't available at the store, so the sales rep was supposed to order it for me online. I had an online coupon for 10% discount, but she said it couldn't be applied if they are placing the online order through the store, and she advised me to still place the order through the store to avoid paying shipping fees if I place the order by myself online. I took her advice, however when she attempted to place the order for me, I was still charged the shipping fees! The store manager indicated that there was a free shipping code that the sales rep should have added before checking out, that didn't happen, and they couldn't cancel my order nor refund me the shipping fees at the time. Instead, I paid more than what I would have paid for the item by not using my 10% discount, plus I paid for shipping fees, and they told me to go back to the store when I receive my item to get refunded for shipping, so that's another trip to the store that I could have avoided if they knew how to do their job right the first time!

The sales associate I worked with during my visit was not overly polite, interrupted me while I was speaking to ask my more questions while I was answering her first ones, and made me feel very rushed when making a decision on the jewelry I chose.

I wasn’t able to find the charm I wanted twice. I wish they would extend their warranty on bracelets. Also It would be nice to pay an extra fee for getting something fixed rather than buying something new again.

I am highly satisfied with Pandora experience. I got my jewelry cleaned and purchased two charms for my bracelet.

Because it was several other people in the store I was there first in my the customer service was working with me and I was looking at the jewelry and then another customer comes up to ask can I see that and I’m like I’m working with her right now so that I can see the jewelry.

Found out that the ring I had chosen had bad reviews. The reviews described that the ring would turn green and the diamonds would fall off. But it was a simple fix and choose another one.

Limited selection in the Harry Potter collection. The associate explained they had sold out of the charms during the Christmas season. He is hoping to be restocked soon.

My only issue was the wait. There were only two associates working. I did like that they acknowledged each customer and put our names on a list. I patiently waited and did not feel rushed by the associate when it was my turn. However I did feel bad because I wanted to hurry for the next guest.
