I know the holidays are stressful but that doesn’t mean the staff can be pushy and mean about you being there, things there aren’t cheap and if you take time choosing something they give you a death glare

I took in two bracelets for cleaning while I shopped for more charms. I was told that since I’m not a pandora card holder and since it is December, they could not perform a cleaning with the machine. I bought three more charms while waiting for the sales associate to try to polish the bracelet with a cloth.

The online sale and store sales were different percentages. I went to the store expecting the same percentage. Some of the major stores will match the online sale. Online was out of many of the charms and bracelets.

For me to be highly satisfied I would have had to received outstanding customer service. It was good. I was happy with the service. I did have to ask for a box and a bag since my daughter chose to wear the ring out of the store. Perhaps a little more input... looks good on your finger, does not look good, perhaps you should try this one, this one is very popular etc...

The ring I bought wasn’t the size that a 100% wanted. There needs to be more sizes or a faster restock on specific products. Besides that, everything else was great!

Sales associate was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and beautiful. Ring was beautiful and decent price for the piece.

The associate was very helpful, candid , and patient with me. I brought to her a black leather bracelet ( dbl wrap) that was a gift 2-3 yrs ago, as it had broken at that point of closure. I love the bracelet, and wear it all of the time. It had ten charms on it. She explained that the warranty on the bracelet was not applicable after a year. I was surprised , but agreed to buy a silver bracelet to replace the leather. If I had thought that the leather bracelet would hold up I would have purchased that. It was a gift. A memory. Surprised that Pandora would not replace that.
