The staff at this location were very friendly, which is always welcoming. Obviously the prices are no joke, so it's not like I have much say so. Overall, it was a good experience for me buying jewelry for the first time.

You all didn’t have the charm I wanted. I’ve seen it in stores. I’ve come back 3 different times and y’all still didn’t have it. All it is, is a charm that says grandma on it.

My disatisfaction was due to the associated lack of knowledge of your products. Granted it, was a retired piece, but the associated had boosted of her 8 plus years of expierence and employment with Pandora. She told me she would not clean my crown pendant as it was not an authentic Pandora piece. I assured her that it was, because I'd purchased it for the Pandora store in the Park Plaza mall in Little Rock, AR. Which is when she told me of her years of expierence and assured me that it wasn't. I at that point insisted that it was, at which she asked a couple of her coworkers of which one was able to confirm its authenticity. My point is, before one states information as fact they should confirm.

I was told the wrong price for the bangle i bought but it wasn't a big deal. Also, the rep forgot to apply my gift card and she assured me i could use it to pay my new pandora credit card payment but i could not and had to return to the store and redo the transaction. I was highly satisfied with everything else.

There were some kids in the store that were crying loudly, and another customer did not take their kids out of the store.

The person who assisted was not the person listed on the receipt since this was an order that was placed on hold. The person who assisted was just ok, I wasn't dissatisfied nor thrilled like I have been in the past. Lauren who held the charm and who is listed on the receipt was very helpful via our phone interaction.
