sale selection was limited

The lights in the store made it very hot. Sales associate kept pushing the sale that was going on. I knew about the sale and I was not interested. I was there to pick up a specific item for a gift.

The manager was kind of stern and rude. Very Snappy. Expressed that she didn't want to clean my bracelet but did it anyway.

Not all items were available in selected sizes

Sales associate was friendly, but seemed to be more concerned with getting to the next customer than spending the time necessary with us to help us find the exact item we were looking for.

I was not highly Satisfied because there were not enough people in the store to help. I had to wait for help for about an hour. The people were very nice and friendly but there should have been more people to help every customer in the store.

Organization of serving each customer & the price & size of the merchandise purchased.

There is always room for improvement. The wait was a little long but understandable .

I feel there is always room for improvement. Things to make it better, a little faster service when coming in the store.
