Pandora Jewelry

The floor plan of the store is tight. Doesn’t allow many to look at the items. More staff is needed, even when it’s non holiday times

I originally come in to take advantage of a particular offer that I seen but was told that it wasn’t going on that day. I then over heard another sales representative allowing another customer to take advantage of the same offer as I was checking out. She stated that she would have the manager do it for him since he came all the way there.

Because the computers were down and it took a long time to pay for the items.

I was highly satisfied. I just think the pandora jewelry can be a little pricey. But you get what you pay for.

A couple of days after my purchase the items went on 40% off so I ended up having to pay more for the items

Sales person did not seem to be in a good mood. Was a bit short and dry when helping me.

They were sold out of the items I wanted.

I was shopping for my mothers birthday gift and I knew what I wanted because I already viewed the website to see what I liked the most, but when I came in the store the two sales assocates were not at all friendy or make me feel welcomed. They had a certain attitude like they didn't want to be there. I would expect that if I were going to spend my money there that they would at least be kind. I work talking to people and selling a product to someone and I know what customer service should be and what I experienced that day was not it.
