I had previously placed on sale items on hold but was late returning to the store. As a result, they were no longer on sale. I wanted to find more skull products i.e. ear rings and more charms. You only had one additional which I purchased. Unfortunately, that item was not on sale.

My sales rep was so rude to me for no reason. Even my friend said "what's her issue?" I bought a ring, noticed it had a missing stone after leaving. She switched it out but seemed annoyed.

I ordered a bracelet online, when arrived did not fit my wrist, when went to the store for an exchange the Sales person didn’t want to let me in, and started and argument with me in front of everybody waiting in line. That was so unprofessional and I ended up thinking that Pandora won’t get business with me anymore.

I know that this pademic has changed things, but shopping not as enjoyable as before, just feels rushed, so next person in line can come in.

4 employees working and only two guests allowed in store at a time? We were asked to wait outside the store cause they were already at capacity. Send a employee home and let each employee work with one person at a time. But seeing 3 employees do nothing while one waits on the Two guests is odd. Felt like the employee was doing her best to follow the rules. But the rules seem backwards. Also- a better plan would be- one employee per one guest. In othet wards- only the person buying should go in. If mom or friend or sister is just there for moral support- they can stay in hall. That is correct social distancing- one on one service- a threesome huddled over the counter.

It was early morning and no customer in store at all! But the sale associate look at me like I was inconvenient to them and they judged me from what I wore! She wasn’t showing friendliness and a welcome attitude! Quiet disappointed!
