The quality of the product. The lack of available associates. The price of products during this global pandemic is ridiculous. I have had to change out my bracelet 3 times since purchase because it doesn't stay close and it falls off of my wrist. The lack of items on sale.

Should not have to wait in a line to browse a store during the holidays to see if its anything you want to buy. I purchased two pairs of earrings and was given tissue paper and a brown lunch bag for my purchase. Not crazy about the team leads attitude and not very helpful.

There was only one employee in the store and we were 4 customers in the store.the employee took care of a customer that came after me and i let her know and she was like i be with you in a minute. When she finally came to help me she was very rude. I went for my sister birthday present and i ask her what she recommended and she said she didnt know. Had very bad experience.she never smile

We went online to find the right charm for my daughter to give to her mom. We found the perfect one and it showed that you had them in stock. We drove to the store and stood in line for over 30 minutes. When we told the associate what we were looking for, she looked it up to see if you did indeed have some. The system showed 4 on hand. She looked for about 10 minutes to no avail. What made it worse was that the other associates were too busy with others to help. I get that inventory levels differ...but not having associates to help look was more of the problem than the computer saying there were 4 on hand and not having them readily available.

Associate was not as friendly as expected. Selection could have been better and Pandora should offer cleaning at all times no matter the season.

I asked for my bracelet to be cleaned so my new charm could be added. The associate took it to the back and came back. When she held it up it looked cleaner than it did previously but when I went home and took it off it was black gunk inside the clapse. When I had my bracelet cleaned for the 1st time at my home store in willow grove, pa they did a fantastic job. Very disappointed, especially when I'm spending my hard earned money!!!!!!!

Charged the wrong amount and then was asked to come back (not a short trip) to correct their error. Very inconvenient. They also called my wife on Valentine's day to talk about the error, ruining the surprise. Extremely unhappy about that.
