The sales associate kept using profane language which was very unsettling. Additionally, she kept taking the tray of rings away before we were finished. The trays to show the jewelry was very dusty and dirty -- I even had to pick a staple out of the middle of the tray. We bought 3 rings, but if I return to this store and this same associate is there I will walk out.

I was not satisfied with pandora because it is a few days before christmas and there should have been some kind of sale for your merchandise. There was absolutely no discount for anything in the entire store. But your competitor is selling the exact quality and merchandise for half the price.

My customer service was poor for my initial visit. My sales associate had an attitude but appeared to be giving others excellent customer service. Initially I was only shown two bracelet types and was told that was all you guys offered. The bracelet I ended up getting I had to ask for and was told it would be a hassle to exchange the first one for the one I wanted.

We had to line up outside the door at Northpoint Mall for service. The flow and care for customers has not been thought through well. I had identified the product I wanted on line and so I waited. If a better process is not found for our retail outlet. I will use on line or a jeweler that carries Pandora.

The sales associate was not knowledgeable on 12-16-17 at Perimeter and the store was packed and was Associate was rude.

The ring I selected was not the one packaged up for me and I didn't realize it until I got home. Now I have to drag my two kids back to the store and exchange it. Ugh.

Ronda rushed the service and it was subpar. She gave me incorrect sizing and customer service was not as expected.

Just recently discovered Pandora and did not know that Star Wars charms were being discontinued. So I spent between 700-900 dollars in a race to get all the charms. BUT now that I have seen and experienced how your employees act I am COMPLETELY turned off from Pandora. I've been to Cumberland, Town Center, Perimeter, Dawsonville Outlet, North Point and ordered online. Each store I have visited they have been rude and very slow. I was so excited to start Pandora and eager to build new charm bracelets but after experiencing this I am completely turned off simply by your employees. I've shopped at James Avery for over ten years and have never experienced what I have here. They are ALWAYS nice and friendly. When I exit a Pandora store, I feel like I've done something wrong. ALSO, items are frequently OUT OF STOCK!!!

I placed an online order because I received a lot of promo emails. When I picked up the order in store, the promotional item was the wrong size. Unfortunately, you can't return or exchange free promo items due to sizing. This is not clearly stated in the return/exchange policy, but should be so people know it ahead of time. It would have changed what I purchased so I could give a gift to my wife that she could actually use.

I was not satisfied because your sale associate was being unfair. I came in and knew there was a promotion going on because I have all the items in my cart prior to coming in the store and knew what I wanted just wanted to look at it and try it on in person. First the sale associate said well you qualify only if you have a credit card. FALSE! I knew I did only by singing up with Pandora. Little did she know I was a card member credit card holder, so I said I’am a credit card holder! She then said okay and helped me look for what I wanted, as soon as I showed her a safety chain I wanted and they didn’t have a stock she instead showed me a more expensive chain with clips on it and said it was better because of the clips. I told her well the first one I wanted that you don’t have in stock has clips as well. She LIED and said it seemed like it did but it didn’t. She doesn’t know I read the description and already knew it did, I went ahead and purchased what was in the store and still came home and purchased the items I wanted online.
