I had just came from doctors appointment and idk if it was the way I was dressed but the lady looked disgusted on the way I looked and looked at me up-and-down made me feel really uncomfortable idk if it was my Mexican skin color but could have bought $1,000 dollars of anything in there cause I saw the stitch collection but she made Me feel unwanted a shamed asked questions and so did my 9 year old daughter but didn’t seem to friendly when asked nor didn’t make eye contact. So disappointed

Upon entry my daughter and I where not acknowledged at all. A white male team member made it his business to avoid serving us. My daughter and I were very hurt, we have thousands of dollars of pandora jewelry. I was there to exchange two necklaces that were broken and purchase a birthday gift for my mom. After this interaction I only completed the exchange. As I left I mentioned to the male how this hurt my feelings and what that meant. Then I left.

Never greeted or acknowledged when I arrived in the store. Is it because my children and I didn't look the part, like the other customers? The wait was long.

The Manager was very unfriendly and did nothing to help with my problem with a bracelet. The salesperson that waited on me was nice but she had to get her Managers approval which was very rude.

The store had 3 associates which we’re waiting on customers in the store and customers were standing outside waiting to enter once a customer left. Did not see a sign that to indicated customer had to wait to enter. I was ok with waiting though. Seems like with the holidays there needs to be more than 3 associates. The salesperson, Wanda, was not friendly and had very poor customer service skills. Will not shop at this store again. We would have left without buying anything due to this salesperson but the ring we wanted wasn’t available online and she happened to find one in the display case after another associate told her she had just sold the last one. Thankful she happened to see it.

The order of conduct and rudeness to some customers. Yelling customers to stand out side the store. To small to walk around. I was very pushed into making my selections and spent 3x more than I wanted to spend. Pulled selection and than had to look up price in a book! And no registers really that’s what it was so slow. Selection we’re very limited. I will go to another Pandora store to correct my purchase.

The complete store was full of huge boxes. The store didn’t have and could not find any of the items that I wanted. Never offered to order anything for me. Very poor customer service.

Selection was very limited. Sales manager said they received a shipment last week and were still getting it out. With inventory as low as it was they should have put more effort into getting a larger selection out. Staff was friendly but didn’t have a clue what was actually available. I selected a desperation piece but will probably return and order online. If this is what you get in person — I see why everyone is moving towards on-line shopping .

Leen, my salesperson was amazing and excellent! She could not have been nicer, patient and the place was spotless. They are really practicing the recommendations of the CDC and I felt very comfortable there and with her. She was truly wonderful!!
