The associate was not very friendly seem very much disengaged, I was the only person in the store other than the two associates and I was not allowed to look freely throughout the store for Non-sale merchandise ,I was given a book to look through. It wasn’t until I came back to the store second time and made a purchase that would be associates were friendlier. Very disappointed at the location will not be back.

The initial sales associate on our 12/14 visit was great but she gave us a large bracelet instead of a medium. We gave the present to our mother and it was too big and fell off of her arm. Yesterday, the sales associate said she could not help us with exchanging the bracelet for a smaller size as they no longer had the limited edition bracelet. We told her we would accept a comparable bracelet since she cannot wear the bracelet if the bracelet falls off of her arm and we purchased $145 worth of charms for this bracelet. She called over the assistant manager Toi who advised that we would have to call customer relations. This was not our error. I told the associate the size but we received a different size, not the consumer’s error. My mother made a similar purchase, same location and she was offered a different bangle since they sold out. Why can you accommodate for a comparable bracelet when you’re trying to make a sale but not for customer satisfaction? She advised that it was not her error and the sales associate was new, HORRIBLE customer service. She said she had to call her district manager, then returned and advised that she could exchange the bracelet.

The staff at the Pandora I visited was very rude and unfriendly. I was very offended during this visit and was very disappointed as I saw great customer service in past visits.

The sales associate and manager on duty did not greet me. I was the only customer in the store and after about 5 minutes one of them decided to come from behind the counter to ask me what I needed. I asked for clips. She did not want to answer my questions and did not offer assistance or recommendations. When another customer of another race entered, the manage immediately rushed to greet her and provide assistance. My husband came in and witnessed this and encouraged me to return the purchase that I had just made due to unfair, unequal, and unruly treatment. I tried to bring it to the attention of the manager on duty and she walked in the back room and slammed the door. My family and I felt grotesque at her behavior and that of the associate.

Pandora has a horrible exchange and return policy. Why would I ship an item back purchased online while I am getting another item in the store in order to get cash from an exchange? In this day and age with David Yurman, John Hardy, Saks, Nordstrom and Amazon selling merchandise at the same and higher quality and price points making returns and exchanges simple, why would someone deal with this hassle? My exchange was horrible and it is frustrating I had to even debate this matter.

Spent time selected merchandise was not available to sell. Your employees tried to sell me something that didn't fit my needs. I was asked to complete a survey which didn't work waste time and not get $10 discount

I was greeted when I entered the store and had enough time to browse the selection although I was already sure of the items I wanted to purchase. The sales lead Tashia informed me that someone would be with me shortly and when she finished with her customer she went to assist another associate without that associate's request and left me without assistance. I was not happy about this saying as though I was told I would be assisted next and I was in a crunch for time. I left the store but decided to return and upon returning was greeted with "I thought I lost you". This comment made me feel like I wasn't seen as a valued customer, only as another sale, in comparison to the other customers that were in the store. This shopping experience wasn't a pleasant one to say the least and I am very sure that I may return my purchases.
