Associate Kiera was very knowledge and helpful. I went to purchase a charm that represented Hawaii because I didn't get the chance to get one when i was there. She showed me several charms that I had not thought about. I ended up buying one, but will be going back. She also showed me the technique of unlocking my bracelet, i will wear it more often now.
