Last week I placed an order online to pick up at the saddle creek location. I received a email on Monday saying that saddle creek didn’t have anything I ordered in stock. So I went to the Southaven location and they had 3 of the 4 things I ordered. I will not be doing business with the saddle creek location ever again. I appreciate the staff at the Southaven location they really took care of me!

I appreciate Holly’s experience and ideas. She helped me to personalize my bracelets to have a theme instead of having random charms on a bracelet. I walked away with a smile and true meaning for my bracelets.
