Holly provided excellent customer service and was very attentive to my wants. She also called my by my name. She was able to answer all of my questions.

I had purchased a Pandora bracelet earlier this year & was not satisfied with the bracelet. I explained my issue w/the bracelet, the sales associate showed me several times & several ways to work w/my bracelet & none of these solutions were working for me. I asked if so could trade my bracelet for another style. The associate checked with the manager, came back & said yes. We went from there choosing a different bracelet. She put my charms on the new bracelet & watched me put the bracelet on, giving me hints for ease. I purchased an additional bracelet w/charms for a gift. These ladies were absolutely some of the best, patient sales associates I have ever worked with. They deserve much praise.

I was greeted with a smile upon my entrance. After looking my info up the clerk was able to help me with my warranty that I forgot I had. Her knowledge and suggestions of what I could do about my band that I had only purchased within a month. Her suggestions of helping me select new charms for my bracelet was very helpful.

Even though there’s a Pandora 10 mins from my house, I would drive all the way to The Tanger Southaven Ms location any day. Jewels customer service was unmatched. All I wanted to do was exchange a bracelet for a bigger size, but her knowledge of all of the product will definitely bring me back to the store… the whole staff was awesome and on top of everything. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed help… kudos to the whole team. Job well done.
