They had they ring sizes and styles I wanted. The associates were also very quick to help me. The process of picking a ring was made easily.

The associate was very nice. The manager rearranged my bracelet correctly. She recommended I get more spacers to separate my dangle charms because they were breaking.

The salesperson was very helpful. She showed me things to help keep my charms from falling off. No other salesperson has done that. This time they had the items that wanted and needed.

My first time in the store I walked in and immediately felt welcome and got waited on was able to look through everything and pick just what I wanted thanks a lot I will be back

I originally went in to purchase just a bracelet for a charm I recently received on my last trip to Paris. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ariana and she was absolutely amazing. Not only did she take her time talk about different bracelets, she offered her own personal recommendations and made suggestions based of what worked for her as well as keeping in mind what I was looking for. She was warm and personable and she truly made the whole experience memorable. She was so great that I ended up getting the bracelet (that she recommended) AND two additional charms. It's safe to say that whenever I come back to Pandora, she is my go to person!
