Aliyah L. was very helpful once we arrived at the store. She helped us decide on which bracelet was best for our 15 year old. She also suggested some additional charms for other family members to purchase for our daughter's birthday. She was very knowledgeable and demonstrated for my husband how the clasp locks & unlocks.
