All was well except I could not get the specific bracelet I truly wanted because you were out of the size I needed. This was the case with three different bracelets. I settled for a bracelet that you had in stock.

The sales associate was very friendly today and yesterday, same person. Knew about all the charms. There was no waiting which is wonderful.

Megan was very helpful in showing me pieces. She also helped me arrange my pieces on my watch in a better way. She also cleaned my bracelet.

I felt welcomed the moment I entered the store. The associate immediately acknowledged me asking what brought me into the store. I was interested in a charm bracelet, so she gave me the book to look to look at the different styles of bracelets. The experience was great!!
