This was my first purchase from Pandora. I ordered online for pickup. Pauline was wonderful. She made sure the area was sanitized before I was walked up. She helped me select additional charms and gave me advice on what looked best. She also helped me with the sizing of my bracelet. Not only did she check the sizing but also exchanged it for the correct size. Pauline’s customer support exceeded my expectations and eased my nervousness with this being the first time shopping there. The service was great and the quality of the items are better than I expected. The store was clean. I loved the experience I had shopping for my charms.

They were very friendly and helpful with picking out the bracelet and charm. I well be returning to buy more charms for my bracelet.

Ashley had a lot of compassion we both spoke about our dad’s that’s was disease. I told her that I was waiting on the charm that had brushes and paint on it.
