Because the sale lady to her time to help and didn't rush us was help by suggesting other charms that was make my bracelet look good.

I went to the Pandora store as soon as it opened up from covid19. I thought it went pretty smoothly plus I actually really liked how they limited the shoppers to 2 people at a time. I usually feel like I have to hurry because there are so many people in the store at the same time. Although some of the items I wanted to look at were not in stock. So I felt like the inventory could have been better.

The curbside pick-up was convenient. The sales associate was knowledgeable about what I was looking for. She put the bracelet together and wrapped it up. She was very friendly and kept a smile.

I had to call in my order, due to COVID. The sales associate was friendly and very helpful. It was quick and easy to pickup, curbside.

Let me add I did not get to physically go into the store because if the pandemic, curbside was offered. I appreciate the customer service rep making me comfortable as if I was in store. The quality of care was AMAZING!!!

I heard Pandora was opening doing curb side pick-up for the pandemic to try to help put a smile on Mother's faces doing this time I was happy. The employee Roslyn G. was very helpful and patient with my daughter while we were ring shopping.

Pandora is a great store, I love coming there getting my charms to add to my braclets. James, Robin and Derineisha are always so very patient and nice to me.
