The lady that helped me was very nice. The place was packed. They had a sign in sheet to help. Once the lady assistanted us, the process was very easy and quick.

My sales associate Iman was great. She redesigned my bracelet and cleaned for me. very nice would highly reccomend

a co-worker purchased the Pandora bracelet for me back in May as a graduation gift. Today I decided to start adding to it. I met Pauline, she was my sales associate and my God she was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and apprehensive to my needs. She was very pleasant and she helped me pick the perfect pieces for my bracelet. She gave me great knowledge of how to get started and to build.
