James M. was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

James the sales associate was extremely knowledgeable. He was attentive and picked up on the hints I gave him. I purchased gifts for my daughter while she was standing next to me. James held them in his hand so she didn't see them. I just flipped thru the Pandora booklet that she wrote what everyone liked including her selections.

Roslyn is a great asset to the firm. Not only did she handle our transaction well she was curious and made sure we were pleased.

The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. She gladly helped me put together the right bracelet. The store was crowded for the holidays but she didnt rush me and was able to get me in and out in no time. It was a pain waiting for my turn but an enjoyable and quick experience overall.

Pandora handles very nice and attractive products. But the asset they have are the associates. Very knowledgeable od the merchandize they offer.

It's my first purchase for my daughter who's 11, and the representative that helped my was very helpful and courteous.

I was in the store to do an exchange for the things I had gotten the previous day after getting home taking time to look at the catalog and seeing what I actually liked and how I wanted to build my bracelet I realized the ones I started with weren’t a good fit. I also had some concerns about the fit of my braclet and she was so helpful took time to show me how everything would look build up with diff size bracelets and was overall helpful in the whole process since I’m new to the pandora world but I will def be back! P.S. the previous associate was awesome as well it’s just that I had went on a Sat it was super busy it was my first time there was kinda overwhelmed and I just got some stuff and so when I had time I took my time and made selections I was sure of and happy with Thanks Pandora 😘

I was greeted by Ms CASEY as soon as I entered the store. Ms CASEY #1629052235. She remembered my name and said I’m glad you came by today ;I have a couple of new items I know you will be pleased with. Ms Casey picks out ALL MY JEWELRY for me. She has excellent taste. I never give her credit to the person I’m buying the jewelry for because they think I have great taste in jewelry. The manager Ms Pauline is also very sweet to me. I enjoy shopping at this location store #0469 because of Ms Casey. If she wasn’t there I probably wouldn’t shop there. I would go to other jewelry store until I met someone like Ms Casey. She is a very wonderful employee and she is amazing with her choices. I highly recommend her to my family and friends to deal with. Please put my comments in her personal file for future references . She is outstanding sales person.
