Pandora Jewelry

I was in New Orleans for a conference and touristy activities and wanted to get the mardi gras mask and fleur du lee charms shown the Pandora web-site, but found the on-line charms were discontinued. I ubered 9-miles and really wanted those, but the sales associate showed alternative charms though not as stunning, but still satisfactory. I was pleased with his resilience and patience when he found how disappointed I was for not being able to buy them at the story or on-line. If the charms are discontinued, they should be removed from the Pandora web-site. The sales associate was friendly, knowledable and courteous. I loved his southern charm.

The CSA’s were very knowledgeable and pleasent during my visit. They answered any questions I had and provided excellent service. No complaints.

I spoke to someone over the phone and she was very helpful and offered to hold the item until I got there. Once I arrived at the store, all 3 employees said hello and that they would with me momentarily. They found my item that was held (after a bit of looking) and it was exactly what I described over the phone. Checkout was easy and was given to me in the cutest box and then in a pretty little Pandora bag with a ribbon tied. ADORABLE. This purchase was for my daughter who is turning 19 and was so glad they helped me find what I needed and in the size needed. We will definitely return to this store or shop for items online as the quality and beauty of the jewelry is superb. My daughter still loves and wears (everyday) her Mickey Mouse with the heart in the middle ring purchased 2-3 years ago. Wonderful experience!!!

The customer service...she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me useful informal about how to keep my jewelery I have, as well as my new purchase clean. I was not told that stuff when I made my very first purchase a few years ago.

Although the store was crowded, the staff remained friendly and upbeat. My consultant James was very helpful in locating the exact ring I was looking for and made recommendations as to companion pieces. James had a thorough knowledge of all of the pieces that asked about. The store was clean and well lit. Staff was friendly and multiple consultants asked if I needed help when James stepped away to gift wrap my items.

I went into the store with absolutely no idea about the bracelets & how to put together the charms. I met the sweetest sales associate by the name of Rolslyn. She took out so much time with me, showing me many different ways to create a unique bracelet with all of my favorite charms. Roslyn was AMAZING!!! I will always go back to the Lakeside Store and ask for her by name.

The sakes associate help me by sharing her opinion and feedback. Ms Salon was bery professional and knowledgeable.

The associate was understanding and she made sure I was able to return my piece and get the correct size. She was very sweet and was very knowledgeable.
