I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the sales associates are kind, interested, patient and very knowledgable. They are never in a rush to get to the next customer and they answer questions fully. In addition, they offer advice if you ask and will even try on a bracelet and such to assist you with sizing

Manager serviced us and we were completely satisfied with the outcome. We came in with a problem & she was able to solve it to our satisfaction.

Customer service is always on time,friendly,and knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable about purchasing anything in the store even if you no idea what to get from the beginning. Everything is in view to see other merchandise for maybe something extra or another purchase for the next visit
