The ladies that work at the Lakeside Mall are super nice and helpful! I had to exchange one ring under warranty and I had no problem with doing so... Overall it’s a great store and great customer service!

Our experience was a good one. The store appeared to “sparkle” as we entered. We were greeted immediately and after a brief minute an associate helped us. We went in to buy a spacer for my granddaughter’s bracelet. The associate was very helpful and shared a few very helpful and creative ideas. Very satisfied.
