I can in to buy a gift for a friend. I want to spend a hundred dollars but Casey was so knowledgeable and friendly I spend four hundred. I like the gift .

Excellent experience

Right when I came in, I was greeted and asked if I was looking for anything specific. I was just browsing and wasn't going to buy anything. The way the jewelry were organized made me feel like I needed to buy something.

Very friendly and competent staff

I went in to exchange a bracelet and was very pleased with my customer service experience. The sales person was helpful and knowledgeable. Based on my experience, I took a catalog/booklet home to search to charms to add to my bracelet. Thank you. :)

Was satisfied with the customer service of the staff the willingness to help us find the specific pieces I was looking for. All the associates help while I was in the store if they weren’t busy with other customers. I love my gifts from the store and I will probably be purchasing again from the company.
