Happy wife happy life and she loves pandora. Associates work with a smile. Put them together and it becomes a easy decision

At first the lady was nonchalant but then warmed up. I'm not sure if she thought I was just browsing but I was ready to spend and just needed to have assistance. She was helpful once she warmed up and very sweet to both my daughters and I. I was married just 2 days before so I was shopping for my wedding gift to me lol... my daughters wanted in so why not. She even took my bracelet and cleaned it for me without me realizing it. Great service!!!

Because I was greeted as soon as I walked. The sales associate was very helpful to me with my grandbaby and took her time in helping me pick my charms.

She made sure that I was attended to, and did not leave the store with any questions. In addition to adding my new book charm, She offered to add it to, and clean my bracelet. Needless to say I was satisfied with the service, and I look forward to returning to Pandora for further purchases.
